Here follows some instructions to update R functions and XMl package to make it compatible with R ver 2.11.0.

 The R graphic functions of Arlequin 3.5.1.2 do not work with the last version of R (R-2.11.0)
A new R XML package need to be uploaded.
Steps:
  1. Download the R XML package for your OS on CRAN XML repository
  2. Replace the XML directory located in the "RFunctions" directory of your Arlequin distribution with the new directory present in the compressed file you just dowloaded.

 R graph for the detection of outlier loci did not show loci for which FST had a negative value.
A new R function "lociSelection.r" need to be downloaded
Steps:
  1. Dowload new  file lociSelection.zip
  2. Replace the old version of "lociSelection.r" located in the "RFunctions" directory of your Arlequin distribution with the same file located in the zip file you just downloaded
